International Cooking

Eastern New Mexico University is offering an international cooking class this summer, taught by our own Emese Fisher.

Emese was born in Hungary and learned cooking from her mother’s family. Exposed to a melting pot of ethnicities, she experimented with a variety of ethnic cook books, exotic spices and gourmet techniques to develop her own recipes.

Have fun, learn interesting techniques, creative ideas, appropriate portions and much more! There will be a five course meal prepared and enjoyed by students during each class. Different meats will be featured each day, with one day featuring vegetarian dishes – all prepared from scratch, healthy, nutritious, and exciting!

July 11, 18, 25, and August 1 and 8…11am-2pm. Cost for all five classes is $300, registrations are accepted at ENMU. Bon Appetit!
