Our handful of summer workshops are underway. Though registrations are coming in more slowly than we’d like, the kids we are connecting with are ones who would not be able to attend without a scholarship. We are so thankful for the scholarship donations received last week.
We’ve had a few kids come in as referrals from member artists – something else we’re thankful for. If you are looking for a way to invest in the local arts community…here are three great ideas:
- If you know any kids age 8-12 (or thereabouts) who might be interested in a workshop – send them our way.
- Better yet…sponsor your young referrals!
- Donate to our scholarship fund…workshops range in price from $30 – $60, but any amount is helpful and appreciated.
