To compliment the Village of Ruidoso Public Library Summer Reading theme of “Water” – artists are invited to bring one or two pieces of artwork (2-D and
3-D) with a water theme – rain, rivers, snow, water faucet, ocean, etc. – for display at the library. (If your art uses REAL water, i.e. water fountain, bird bath, etc., – please put some facsimile of water in it.) Art work displayed is under the Art in Public Places, a project of the Ruidoso Regional Council of the Arts.
